Boat Slip

We currently only have one slip on reserve and we rent it out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Let us know at the time of booking if you would like to reserve the boat slip. Our boat slip is located at Indian Point Marina , which is at the end of Indian Point Road, approximately 2.5 miles past our turnoff. The boat slip is approximately 24 feet long and 10 feet wide, and it is covered to ensure no damage due to messy weather. The fee for the boat slip is $20 per day. This includes trailer parking at Clear Lake Condo Rentals.

Boat / Trailer Parking

We have boat / trailer parking right near the Clear Lake Condo Rentals clubhouse. We can see it from the front desk, so your boat or trailer is always under surveillance.We also offer electric plug-in so you can charge your boat's battery.

Boat / trailer parking for any guest that has not reserved the boat slip is $20.00 per day. Please let us know at the time of booking or call us before check-in so we can add it to your reservation.
