The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is on the second floor, six stair steps up from the parking lot. It is also right across the street from the Eagle's Nest outdoor pool, as well as being close to the playground, tennis courts, and walking path to the shoreline.

But this condo is one of the few with access to our indoor pool and splash pad in the Clubhouse at the top of the hill, not to mention the outdoor pool up there with the best view on Indian Point, so you don't have to fight the crowds at the Eagle's Nest Resort pool.

Clear Lake Condo Rentals also has monitored boat/trailer parking at our Clubhouse and a boat slip at Indian Point Marina that you can rent during your stay with us (check boat slip availability before booking your condo).
