The Den (51-1) is a spacious 2-bedroom 2-bath condo that has very recently joined the vacation rental market after being a part-time residential unit. That means it is super clean and feels brand new!

The location is peaceful and quiet, and you can walk down to the lake shore within minutes. And as with all of our condos, being right next door to Silver Dollar City is a huge plus that means you will avoid most of the traffic to get there! The highlight of this condo is the breakfast bar which gives you TONS of counter space; the living room is generously proportioned, and the bedrooms are also very comfortable. 

This condo is down one flight of stairs from the parking lot, but because of the elevator for this building, the condo is a walk-in. Great for anyone with movement limitations or lots to carry!

Clear Lake Condo Rentals also has monitored boat/trailer parking at our Clubhouse and a boat slip at Indian Point Marina that you can rent during your stay with us (check boat slip availability before booking your condo).
